Report an Error
Legit-Meds is committed to accuracy. If you find an error in our content, we want to know about it. Errors may include factual inaccuracies, outdated information, broken links, or misleading statements.
To report an error, please provide:
- The URL of the page containing the error
- A description of the error
- The correct information, if you know it
- Any supporting sources that confirm the correct information

Our Correction Process
- Receipt: When we receive a correction report, we acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
- Investigation: Our editorial team investigates the reported error. This includes verifying the current information against authoritative sources.
- Decision: We determine whether a correction is needed and what changes should be made.
- Correction: If an error is confirmed, we update the content as quickly as possible. Minor factual errors are corrected within 5 business days. Significant errors that affect the conclusions of an article may require more thorough review.
- Transparency: We add a visible correction note to the affected article, indicating what was changed and when. The original content is documented internally.
- Notification: We notify the person who reported the error once the correction has been made.
What We Correct
- Factual errors: Incorrect information about regulations, pharmacy licensing, NABP programs, or other factual content.
- Outdated information: Content that was accurate at the time of publication but is no longer current.
- Broken links: Links that no longer point to the intended destination.
- Clarifications: Content that may be misleading or could be interpreted differently than intended.
