4. Medical Review: Content that contains clinical or medical information is reviewed by a qualified medical professional to verify accuracy and ensure no unintended medical advice is conveyed.
5. Publication: After passing all reviews, content is published with a clear publication date and review date.

Medical Review Process

Content that touches on medical topics undergoes a medical review by a qualified healthcare professional. The medical reviewer evaluates:

• Accuracy of clinical and medical information
• Consistency with current medical guidelines and consensus
• Whether content could be misinterpreted as medical advice
• Appropriateness of disclaimers and caveats

Medical reviewers do not have financial relationships with any pharmacies or pharmaceutical companies that could create a conflict of interest.

Source Requirements

All content on Legit-Meds must be supported by authoritative sources. Acceptable sources include:

We do not accept information from pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies, or other commercial entities as a sole or primary source for editorial content. When commercial information is referenced, it is clearly identified as such and corroborated by independent sources.

Affiliate Relationship Disclosure

Legit-Meds earns revenue through affiliate partnerships with external pharmacy and telehealth services. Our editorial policy ensures these relationships do not compromise content integrity:

• Affiliate relationships are disclosed on every page where affiliate links appear.
• Affiliate partners do not have editorial control over content. They cannot request, approve, or deny content before publication.
• Content decisions, including what topics to cover and what conclusions to draw, are made solely by the editorial team.

Content Updates
